Creation
Come up with an idea for workplace improvement for the Championeers Club, or a business proposal for the Ideas Growth Fund
Review
A local panel will review your submission, along with integrated AI technology. The best ideas will be commended to your business (Championeers Club only).
Distribution
If your idea is worthwhile (and approved), receive:

Up to $1,000 and a Championeers Trophy (Championeers Club)

Programmes
New Zealand Championeers operates two programmes: one for employees in participating workplaces called the New Zealand Championeers Club, and the other for business ideas called the New Zealand Championeers Ideas Growth Fund.

The New Zealand Championeers Club aims to select 40 employees with great workplace improvement ideas over the next 24 months. Each employee that gets their problem-solving idea accepted by their workplace wins up to $1,000 and a Championeers Trophy.

The New Zealand Championeers Ideas Growth Fund provides up to $3,000 in incubator support for those with promising business ideas that lead to the creation of new roles in Southland.
